The production of instruments was taken over by DUCATI SISTEMI, which was created in 1999 through a joint venture between DUCATI ENERGIA (60%) and TECNOTEL & BOCONSULT (40%).
In addition to instruments, DUCATI SISTEMI produces automatic traffic management and traffic control systems and road signs and signalling equipment. It also produces turnkey railway signalling systems.
DUCATI energia Romania was estabilished in the second
half of 2002 for the manufacture of capacitors and equipments.
DUCATI Komponenti (Croatia) was established in January
2002 for the manufacture of motorcycle components. It will
become fully operational in the first six months of 2003.
DUCATI India (located in PUNE) born at the end of
2006 thanks to the joint-venture with a local partner. It
manufactures generators and relevant electronic components.
DUCATI Trento born in 2006 thanks to a cooperation
between the Universites in Bologna and Trento and Trento Region.
It is composed of 15 engineers dedicated to the development
of innovative solutions for reduction of pollution and drive
systems.
